Before I Became a Coach
My name is Chimphan—but many know me as Coach Hongyok.
I was born into a middle-class family. Life changed dramatically when I was twelve—my parents separated, and suddenly, the ground beneath my feet shifted. I was just an ordinary girl, but my heart was filled with questions, silent courage, and an unshakable belief that life held more.
I’ve walked through darkness. There were times when surviving felt uncertain. But from that pain, I found my greatest gift: the desire to grow. I began studying psychology, self-development, and coaching—not to escape, but to understand. To learn what it truly means to heal, rise, and lead—from within.
My Path to Becoming a Coach
I’ve worn many hats: employee in a small company, wife, full-time mom who once felt invisible. I’ve known the ache of feeling "not enough." But over time, I’ve also become an entrepreneur, a writer, a speaker—and a coach.
Today, I call myself a Human Innate Intelligence Coach. I believe each of us carries a wisdom within, waiting to be reawakened. My journey led me to study deeply: NLP, Positive Psychology, Psychotherapy, Energy Mastery, the 3 Principles, RTT, and female leadership at the University of Oxford—where I became the first Thai mother to complete that program.
I don’t just offer knowledge. I offer presence. I listen deeply. I see clearly. I walk with others, not ahead of them.
My Philosophy: 3H - 2E - 1A - 3R - 1T
Heart, Humanity, HonestyI work with heart. With care. With respect for the human spirit. I believe everyone holds a unique potential that can always be nurtured.
Excellence, EthicsI commit to professional growth, and hold myself to ethical standards—in life and in work.
AuthenticityThere is great power in being real. I embrace my strengths and my flaws—and invite you to do the same.
Reality, Right, RoleI face reality, choose what’s right, and own my role in every space I stand in.
ThrivingTo me, it’s not enough to survive. I want to help people truly thrive—with joy and meaning.
A Few Truths That Changed Me :
I once believed I was just ordinary.I lived safely. I held back. Until one day, I told myself, "Why not be an extraordinary version of ordinary?" Everything changed from that moment.
I once thought my life was just unlucky. But now, I’m grateful for every hardship—they gave me strength. They’re gifts I would never trade.
I once felt worthless as a stay-at-home mom.Far from the city, far from recognition, I lost sight of my worth. But then I realized—our value isn’t in titles or cities or salaries. It’s in who we are, wherever we are.
I once feared I could never be a writer.I wasn’t known. I had no platform. But I wrote anyway—and my first book, "Turning Misfortune into Fortune," became a national bestseller. That’s the power of moving through fear.
My proudest title isn’t the 'CEO" or "coach'—it’s 'mom who never gave up on her dreams.' That’s the role I carry with the most pride and fulfillment.
How I Can Support You?
Rebuilding family bondsI design practices and tools to help parents and children reconnect with love, safety, and mutual respect.
Unlocking your inner potentialMy coaching helps you hear your inner voice again—and trust it.
Empowering everyday leadersYou don’t need a title to lead. You need clarity, courage, and compassion. I help you strengthen all three.
Transforming fear into actionWhether you fear failure, judgment, or not being good enough—change begins the moment you say, "I’m ready."
A Message from Me to You
If you feel stuck… If you know you’re meant for more, but haven’t yet reached it…
I won’t give you directions. I’ll walk with you.
And when you’re ready to listen to your inner voice—I’ll be there. Because the moment you see your own worth clearly is the moment everything begins to shift.
We get one life. Let’s move beyond fear and limitation.
Together, we’ll write a new story—yours.
With deep respect,
Coach Hongyok
